ABOUT THE JOB

And right now we are hiring our first employee to join our small team: a Warehouse and Logistics coordinator that will play a critical role in helping accelerate the business.

The main focus of this role will be growing the current retailer base and manage current relationships while also taking part in several fundamental key operations and logistics adjacent to the business. This role is part-time and can be done remotely.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Identifies, develops and maintains relationships with potential and existing retailers.

* Manage partnerships with marketplaces and its logistics.

* Answers inquiries from retailers concerning products, logistics, quotes, pricing terms, operations or other information.

* Negotiates prices, terms of sales, and/or service agreements; prepares contracts and submits orders.

* Periodically prepares and reports results, status of accounts, and leads.

* Negotiate discount terms, prices, quantities, transportation arrangements and coordinate order fullfilments with retailers.

* Track and manage inventory as well as prepare shipment-related operations.

* Coordinate warehouse logistics with our fulfilment providers.

* Provide customer service to clients. 

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or a related field (luxury/fashion experience is high plus)

* Ability to negotiate pricing and shipping details with vendors

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

* Fluent in English and Portuguese

* Advanced Excel skills 

* Strong communication skills
