1. Customs & Duties

  • Customs fees and duties are not included in the price of the product or shipping cost.
  • Orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties and fees, which are charged by your country's customs office upon arrival.
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary depending on the country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs before placing an order.

2. Shipping Time & Delays

  • International orders may experience delays due to customs clearance processes. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
  • If customs require additional information or documents, we advise responding promptly to avoid further delays.

3. Carrier Options & Tracking

  • We work with multiple couriers, and shipping options will be displayed at checkout based on destination, price, and delivery time.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.

4. Returns & Exchanges for International Orders

  • If you need to return or exchange an item, the cost of returning it is the customer’s responsibility. For international returns and exchanges, customers must include any import duties and taxes in the return shipping costs.
  • For exchanges, once we receive the returned item, we will send the replacement at no additional shipping cost.
  • Please note that customs duties paid on the original order are non-refundable. If you receive a replacement item, your customs office may charge duties again upon re-entry.

5. Free Shipping Eligibility

  • Free shipping is available for orders over 180€ in Portugal.
  • For international orders, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and may be affected by fuel surcharges or other external factors.
